I have worked as an auditor at Winthers since the fall of 2012. I chosed Winthers because it was a smaller firm with quality but was also part of a global network. I really have no regrets – the work has been varied and educational.

The clients are of varying sizes and industries, both small private companies and public companies with diversified ownership.

As an employee in a smaller firm, you quickly get a lot of responsibility and direct contact with the client and its owner. In addition to auditing, I assist some of my clients with preparing annual reports, preparing income tax returns, etc.

On our larger assignments, I am the audit manager and supervise younger employees and plan the audit together with the account manager.

Since 2022, I am partner at the firm, which also means that I now sit on Winther’s board and can help influence its future.
